Essential Functions: |

Ideal candidate will apply Marine Engineering or Naval Architecture technology skills in the design, analysis, specification development, and acquisition
of various vessel and craft envisioned in the Marine Prepositioning Force (Future)/MPFF. |

Essential Education: |
| |
Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering, Ocean Engineering, or Naval Architecture.

Essential Skills: |
| |
Basic computer skills to include Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project and CAD. Necessary people skills include the ability to work with minimal supervision, the ability to produce work efficiently and take direction when needed and a willingness to offer solutions to problems. Looking for someone who will be able to work effectively with a diverse group of people, sometimes under pressure situations, and who is a self-starter. Dependability is vital. Desire someone who will use this position to broaden their experience base, and if desired, will have the opportunity to explore other facets of the ship design development process.
