AOE Advising - Final Exam ChangesPLEASE REFER TO THE HOKIE SPA UNDER TIMETABLE OF CLASSES "IMPORTANT DATES AND REGISTRATION INFORMATION." SEE THE FINAL EXAM SCHEDULE AT WWW.REGISTRAR@VT.EDU, "GENERAL INFORMATION". ALSO, REFER TO THE "UNDERGRADUATE CATALOG" FOR INFORMATION.FINAL EXAM CHANGES University Policy requires that no final examination change be made without written authorization from the student's Associate Dean of Academic Affairs or from Schiffert Health Center. Medical excuses from medical doctors off campus must be forwarded to the Director of Schiffert Health Center for action. It is against University policy for faculty to give any examination including make up or changed examinations, at any time other than the designated date and time in "examination week," except when special permission has been granted by the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs of the appropriate college. If you have three final exams scheduled within 24 hours, you may change one; if you have four final exams scheduled within 24 hours, you may change two. Example: If the first exam begins at 10:05 a.m. on Tuesday, the third or fourth exam must begin before 10:05 on Wednesday to be eligible to seek an exam change. Exam change forms are available in 212 Hancock Hall. This document does not constitute a contract, expressed or implied, between the College of Engineering and any student. The University and College reserves the right to change any of the information in this document when deemed appropriate. Questions and clarification of information in this document should be addressed to the engineering academic advisor or the Associate Dean for Academic Affair's Office, 212 Hancock Hall.
